Rich has a proven ability to develop a strategic business plan for organizations with lean manufacturing techniques. Rich is an US Army Veteran, with a degree in Business Management.
Ian is the President and Managing Partner at RL Operational Excellence with more than 30 years of Executive, Manufacturing, Program and Project Management, Engineering and Design experience. Through his work leading company projects and managing client relationships, he consistently helps companies grow their bottom line, reducing excess working capital, and enhancing the customer experience. Ian has a Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.
Scott is the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain at RL Operational Excellence with more than 25 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations. Scott has extensive experience driving multimillion-dollar domestic and international Procurement and Supply Chain operations and the implementation of significant cost-cutting opportunities to support improvement to working capital. Scott has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
Alex is the Vice President of Quality at RL Operational Excellence with more than 30 years of Quality Management, Manufacturing, Program and Project Management experience in several industries and countries.
Through his work effectively driving companies Quality Management Systems including green field start ups, obtaining the necessary automotive certifications in order to comply with standard requirements as well as customer specific requirements for IATF-16949:2016 / ISO9001:2015 & CCC standards; this translates into a smooth certification process and compliance to requirements.
Alex has a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and is a Certified lead QMS auditor from Omnex Engineering & Management, Inc.
